A holiday dish I made for a gift, inspired by the holly bushes in my yard.

How did you make this?

The holly dish made with small cut leaves, noodles and fusible glass nuggets, then slumped into a mold.

Ah. It must take a while if you cut the nuggets yourself (or am I totally off-mark?) Whatever the case, thanks for explaining. I love looking at your work

Thanks so much! The nuggets were pre made(though they aren't hard to make) and similar to the ones used in flower vases. Confetti is actually very thin shards of glass-paper thin that I have crushed to use in the tree. It's always fun to experiment with what different forms of glass will do and how they will turn out.
:iconricewrites:
haha that makes sense; I was wondering how paltry paper confetti would survive the heat of glassmaking. Thanks :)
